These sales & marketing oriented presentations and workshops are part of the “Go International” and “Beyond Borders” programmes of Voka nationaal | Voka .
As a seasoned sales & marketing professional Benny is supporting different organisations in “high growth stage” through the steps of:
- ‘commercial excellence’ (integration of Sales & Marketing, funnel management practices…)
- Internationalisation (incl. international marketing, different market entry modes in export, glocalisation as a concept, etc.)
- How to recruit, engage, inform and incentivise international channel partners (distributors or wholesales, dealers, alliance partners, etc.) in a pan-European context
- How to define your “ideal customer profile”, develop a buyer persona and understand the customer pains & gains (using the Strategizer value proposition canvas)
capitalM will continue to deliver more of this workshop sessions for VOKA around the country with a specific focus on high-growth organisations wanting to expand their international market offering. Next to the theoretical concepts discussed in the workshop there is enough room for personal reflection on international market expansion as well as peer learning amongst the VOKA-participants (mainly commercial leadership – sales & marketing managers or business unit managers).
